Admissions Process for Parents and Adult Students
The directions for applying to CSI Charter School are easy and simple to follow. However, make sure to have all the documents ready for submission along with your application in order to expedite the process.
Contact CSI for information. Anyone in the office can assist you or you can use the Contact Us button on the website.
Schedule a visit to talk with school staff and learn more about the school.
Complete the CSI Application Packet (available on this website) and obtain an up-to-date transcript and immunization record from the current school.
Submit the formal application packet and supporting documents to CSI and schedule an appointment for an interview.
After the interview, CSI staff will contact you regarding acceptance.
Contact the previous school and withdraw your child from that school.
Upon acceptance, the following must be completed before beginning schoolwork:
Submit registration documents
Be trained on Google and Edgenuity software and be assigned username and passwords
Meet with mentor teacher
Set monthly/yearly goals
